What to do at a funeral...?
Top 10 Con men
The Circus

In the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Huck and Jim encounter two strange men, two very sneaky con men, one is known as King. King is described as around seventy or older and bald. He's more of a f a leader, very good at acting sympathetic and wimpy... (he cries over nearly anything.)

" One of these fellows was about seventy or upwards, and had a bald head and very grey whiskers. He had an old battered-up slouch hat on, and a greasy blue woolen shirt, and ragged old blue jeans britches stuffed into his boot-tops, and home-knit galluses- no, he only had one. He had an old long-tailed blue jeans coat with slick brass buttons flung over his arm, and both of them had big, fat, ratty-looking carpet-bags." Mark Twain

This description tells us that the King is bald, old, and has some hobo chic clothing.

" What! And not sell out the rest o' the property? March off like a passel of fools and leave eight or nine thous'n' scooped in? - and all good, salable stuff too."

Once the Duke tries to call off the family scam, King becomes aggressive and says there would be so much money to be left to the people and it would all be wasted.

"Quick, then, and tell us what was your idea, or I'll shake the insides out o' you!"

When Huck tries to give them the slip, the King becomes furious and threatens to kill him.

images.jpeg Along their travels, Huck and Jim become involved with their cons by helping perform plays to the townsfolk. In one scam, the nonesuch scam, they were supposed to perform scenes from Richard III and the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet. However, the king decides to spice things up a bit, and comes out as colorful as a rainbow...in the nude! What's even more surprising is the fact that the audience doesn't get upset at the fact that he's naked... but the show wasn't nearly long enough!
